I have success in negotiating severance agreements because I have handled employment law matters for the past 29 years. Having handled employment claims in mediation, arbitration and litigation, I know what issues are important when communicating with employers and business owners.
When handling employment law matters like wrongful discharge, unlawful discrimination, and sexual harassment, I am very selective in the cases I choose to handle. I am not a high-volume employment law attorney. I take a few cases and devote myself to them. When I take an employment case, I am relentless in the pursuit of justice for my clients. I maintain very close contact with my clients in these cases, and I am there every step of the way for the people I represent.
