I charge on a contingency, flat rate or hourly basis depending on the facts of the case. The goal is always to provide each client with value. In my employment law practice, I litigate, arbitrate and mediate claims involving wrongful discharge, unlawful discrimination, and sexual harassment. For the benefit of my clients, I am highly selective in the cases I accept. I manage a small case load so I may give each client the personalized and highly responsive service he or she deserves.
